You Can Do It Birthday Boy!

Happy 36th birthday Aaron. The party started when Aaron came home from work early and spent about an hour playing video games with Noah. At one point Aaron was actually beating Noah and was very excited!

After they were done playing, we loaded up in the car and told Aaron to pick where we were going for dinner. After much discussion (mostly the kids trying to convince him where the best place to go would be) we ended up at China Buffet. After dinner, we surprised Aaron with a trip to the store to buy him a new bike! I do not know who was more excited, the kids or Aaron. After purchasing the bike, we realized we could not get it home in our car. So Aaron decided to ride it home. Luckily we were not too far away. The kids thought it was great fun watching Aaron ride his new bike and started cheering him on as he struggled up the hill to our house. Noah rolled down the window and yelled, "You can do it birthday boy!" It was a great moment.
Noah had started getting a headache when we left for dinner and by the time we got home he had a full blown migraine. So he went to bed and missed the rest of the party, poor kid. We had homemade ice cream sandwiches with creative candle placement and only 9 candles instead of 36. It was a great party!

What a great bike story.
Happy 36th you old man you. (At least you don't have to worry about heart attacks in your legs though. Poor Matt.)
Jay keeps asking when he gets to play with Noah again. :)

Oh how I WISH I lived next door to you...I'd even let you call me as your primary secretary or pianist, or even nursery leader. I love/miss you that much!
